Im surprised that I havent blogged about them before because I was so into them. Block party favorites they originally started in 1977 as Jam-On Productions. They had a nice string of seminal electro/freestyle hits. Originally released in 1984, this is actually the follow-up to 'Jam On Revenge (The Wikki-Wikki Song),' just as classic, just as.

Though they only released two full albums. Yeah, were back where we need to be, back in the heart of electro darkness. However, no one could ever accuse him of sacrificing standards of quality due to a lack of quantity. Brooklyn trio Newcleus were the definitive Electro act. Tim Westwood was always dropping tracks from the LP for his daily Electro show on the pirate radio station 'LWR' in the mid-eighties at a time when there probably wasn't that many tracks to choose from the to avoid repetition over the course of a week. Most of them were Electro tunes ('High Noon' by Two Sisters for example was another) inspired by the growing influence of the grafitti scene on me. As a producer, he goes back some 15+ years with releases on a range of labels including Dessous, Outland Records, 200 and Were Going Deep among others. One of three or four records of the thousands that I have that I ever felt compelled to write my name on.
